Whether you feel overwhelmed by choices, unsure how to create a cohesive look, or need guidance before making purchases, this session provides professional design insight tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and aesthetic. Includes: • 90-Minute Virtual Consultation via Zoom • Personalized recommendations • Follow-up notes and guidance After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire and instructions for submitting photos, measurements, inspiration images, and any existing selections prior to your session.
Cancellation Policy
Design Clarity Sessions are booked a minimum of 5 days in advance to allow time for preparation and review of your project information. After booking, you will receive a Design Questionnaire where you can share photos, measurements, inspiration images, and details about your space. To ensure the most productive and personalized experience, please complete your questionnaire at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee due to the reserved consultation time and preparation completed in advance. No-shows and cancellations made after the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
